ORDERS

Do I have to create an account with Raccoons Apparel to purchase an item?

No, it is not necessary.  You can still go ahead and purchase items as a guest. However, by creating an account with us, you can keep track of your orders and enjoy special member discounts (promotional and sale items excluded).

How do I know the status of my order?

For registered customers, we will notify you via e-mail once we have sent out the items.

Can I amend or cancel my order after making payment?

To avoid disruptions to the dispatch process, amendments or cancellations of orders are not allowed after payment has been made. We thank you for your kind understanding. 

Do you accept overseas orders?

Yes we accept overseas orders and we ship to most countries as well.

Please note that Raccoons Apparel processes all orders in SGD.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

If you have received a defective/incorrect item, please follow the steps below to ask for a return/exchange.

Procedures for Return/Exchange

  1. Take a photo of your defective/incorrect item.
  2. Complete the Returns & Exchanges Form.
  3. E-mail both the photo and form to support@raccoonsapparel.com
  4. Raccoons Apparel will process the completed form and mail the replacement item(s) out accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges Note

  1. All intention to return/exchange items must be communicated to Raccoons Apparel via e-mail within 5 working days from the day of receipt. Sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
  2. Item(s) to be returned/exchanged must be in its original packaging with label intact, unwashed and unworn without any scent. Raccoons Apparel does not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, washed and altered in any form.
  3. In the event that the replacement item(s) is out of stock, Raccoons Apparel will proceed with refund accordingly.
